Mix your ingredients and store in a mason jar or any glass jar. You can scoop out the mixture with a spoon. It smells heavenly. Fill your tub with hot water. Scoop a spoonful or two and swirl into your bathwater until dissolved.
- 1/2 cup Epsom salts
- 1/4 cup Baking soda
- 2 tbsp Carrier Oil
- 4 drops Rosemary
- 4 drops Lavender
- 4 drops Orange
- 2 drops Spearmint
Can I just add essential oils directly to my bath?
The Epsom salt and carrier oil help blend the oil but also helps the oils to blend in the water. It’s best to avoid having your oils just floating on the top. Oils like peppermint, spearmint are hot and can irritate sensitive areas.
Can I use the mixture as a scrub?
